At Clean Cutting Board, we take pride in providing high-quality custom and replacement cutting boards, as well as professional shaving and resurfacing services. Because of the nature of our products and services, our return policy is specific and limited. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Cutting Boards
All custom-cut boards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a custom board is cut and/or used, it cannot be resold due to the risk of cross-contamination.
Please confirm all measurements and specifications carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
2. Standard Replacement Boards (Subway, Tim Hortons, etc.)
Standard replacement boards may be eligible for return only if:
The board has not been used, and
There is a genuine fit issue with the equipment.
Boards showing any signs of use (scratches, knife marks, food residue, or wear) are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Shaving & Resurfacing Services
Cutting board shaving and resurfacing services are non-refundable once completed.
Customers must provide clean and dry boards prior to service.
Failure to do so may result in either denial of service or an extra cleaning fee of $50 per batch.
We reserve the right to deny service if:
Boards contain black mold, are unsanitary, or unsafe to handle, or
Boards are deemed too thin for proper shaving and safe future use.
During shaving, we may remove as much material as needed to meet Clean Cutting Board Standards for safety and hygiene.
We are not liable for boards that break or fail after shaving if they were already in poor or compromised condition.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued only if a product qualifies under the return eligibility rules above.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, depending on product availability and condition.
